Welcome to OWDC Our Mission To provide a unified approach to establish, implement, and manage common operational standards, training, qualifications, succession planning and workforce development strategies for the NWCG member agencies. The OWDC has been established to provide strategic management of operational, qualification, and training standards for NWCG agency members in compliance with the National Incident Management System (NIMS).
