At the January 2009 NWCG Meeting, the Executive Board and all Subgroup Chairs will meet to participate in information-sharing and further enhancement of the development of the new NWCG organization. The objectives of this meeting are to:
1. Provide an update on NWCG re-structuring activities
2. Discuss new NWCG organizational roles and protocols
3. Provide information about the NWCG Budget Process for upcoming years
4. Give direction and the FY09 budget to the subgroups.
The meeting schedule includes a keynote speaker who will talk about change and transition, information sessions, break-out work sessions, and a panel and Q&A Session with the Executive Board members.
The meeting will be held as follows:

Invited Subgroup Chairs (or their representative) should plan on attending all three (3) days.
