The IRM-PMO activities, products and services are focused in four primary
areas of interest. Each of these focus areas is under the management of a
specific IRM-PMO team member.
The Project Management Program provides a coordinating
infrastructure for the development and life cycle management of NWCG projects
through project management planning methodologies, standards, and guidelines.
The Application Architecture Program provides
oversight and guidance for the management of the enterprise architecture through
the development of application inventories, standards, and guidelines.
The Data Architecture Program provides oversight
and guidance for the management of the enterprise architecture through the
development of data models, standards, and guidelines.
The Knowledge Management Program provides and
maintains a repository of models, standards, guidelines, glossaries, and project
archives.
