Looked
over the updated SOP and made small changes. Tawni
will be imbedding the National SOP today and get
it back to Jan. Jon will rewrite the equipment/supply
section and re-send. Most of the call was spent
on this topic. |

Group
looked at new AED memo Gene put together and all
agreed it was a much better letter and suggested
it be passed up to the parent group through Tony
& Larry. It was also noted that R-1 & R-6
each has 8 AEDs in their programs and the Alaska
program has 5 units. |

touched up the groups suggested changes for the
IRPG submitted. |

Want
to put together a list or groups, meeting, training,
etc. that this group should look at trying to have
a group member to present an introduction of the
IEMTG program. Also would lake a list of EMS events,
conferences & other gatherings that a group
member might again make a present about the program.

would like to put together a cover letter to go
with the SOP on its first distribution. Jan, Gene
& Dia will work on a draft and sent out the
rest of the group for input on next call. |

Would
like each group member to bring a list of 5 subject
matter experts that could look at the SOP with a
short turn around time frame (2 weeks). Would then
distribute the updated SOP to SHWG/NWCG folks and
state EMS offices for their feed back. |
