The Agency Administrator Advanced Wildland Fire Curriculum Steering Committee works directly for the NWCG Executive Board. They provides leadership in developing and maintaining advanced curriculum for Agency Administrators who oversee complex wildland fire organizations. The National Advanced Fire and Resource Institute (NAFRI) will provide instructional design and delivery support. The NAFRI director will appoint a co-chair to the Committee. Primary objectives include:
- Ensure course curriculum for Fire Program Management, Leading Complex Programs (M-582) is current, relevant, and based on commonly accepted or established Agency Administrator performance requirements.
- Coordinate with Fire Program Management Curriculum Steering Committee to ensure alignment of curriculum between M-582 and M-581, Fire Program Management – An Overview.
- Develop and maintain a course site or common file structure for course administration and delivery support.
