FI-210, Wildland Fire Origin and Cause Determination, 2016

Complete the Fi-210 Pre-course Work.
Upon completing the FI-210 Pre-course Work, you must take the pre-selection assessment. When you click the “Start Test” hyperlink on the last page of the online module, you will redirect to the National Fire Academy (NFA) Online website.
The FI-210 pre-selection assessment covers the information you have learned in this tutorial. Successful completion of the assessment pre-qualifies you to take the Instructor-led FI-210 course. This test does not qualify you to be a Wildland Fire Investigator.
NOTE: You will need an NFA Online account to take the FI-210 pre-selection assessment; follow directions on the NFA Online website to obtain an account. When registering in NFA Online to take the online assessment, be sure you register for the "NWCG" domain. In addition, a functioning printer is required to print assessment results.
Search the NFA Online course catalog for “FI-210, Wildland Fire Origin and Cause Determination (Pre-course Work/Pre-selection Assessment) 2014” and select “Start Course”.
Complete the exam. You must score 70% or higher to receive a certificate of completion.
Print and submit the certificate to the instructor or course coordinator, as directed.
How to print completion certificate: In the "Completed Work" pod, select "View All". Find the Assessment title and select the print icon to the right of the assessment title or hover over assessment title, wait for pop-up and select "Print Certificate”.
