The Crew Time Report (CTR), SF-261, is a foundational document widely used by emergency responders to record compensable hours. All incident personnel need baseline knowledge on how to complete the CTR, and some, such as crew supervisors and time recorders, have additional responsibilities and knowledge requirements.

This Performance Support Module provides information on:

  • How to accurately complete, authorize, and review the CTR.
  • CTR responsibilities for single resources and Single Resource Bosses.
  • CTR review responsibilities for supervisors and time recorders.
