The Emergency Equipment Shift Ticket, OF-297, is the document used by cooperators and contractors to record equipment compensable hours.  Most incident personnel need baseline knowledge on how to complete the Equipment Shift Ticket and some, such as supervisors and time recorders, have additional responsibilities and knowledge requirements.

This Performance Support Module provides information on:

  • How to accurately complete, authorize, and review the Emergency Equipment Shift Ticket.
  • Emergency Equipment Shift Ticket responsibilities for cooperators and contractors.
  • Emergency Equipment Shift Ticket responsibilities for supervisors and time recorders.
