The Equipment Breakdown Video demonstrates how to calculate equipment rates for periods when equipment breaks down and is out of service for a portion of their shift.

This video provides information on:

  • How to correctly calculate the hourly rates for equipment during periods of breakdown and unavailability.
  • General explanation of the EERA (Emergency Equipment Rental Agreement) and Emergency Equipment Use Invoice.

Target Audience

Finance/Administration positions including:

  • Equipment Time Recorder (EQTR)
  • Procurement Unit Leader (PROC)
